  • Architectural Designer:  Wendel is seeking an entry-level professional to work in our Richmond, VA office.  The candidate will be required to work in a multi-office team environment.   • Electrical Engineer:  Wendel is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our electrical engineering team in our Williamsville, NY Office. In this entry-level role, you will be working on high profile projects in a dynamic industry. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best Senior Engineers while working in tandem to design all phases of project development, including identification of work scopes, development of cost estimates, and production of construction documents. In this position, working on Electrical Power Distribution, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Sound and Security Systems; and with Autocad and Revit software is required. We are looking for a capable, self-starter and multi-tasker who will be responsible for completing similar tasks on multiple projects.   • Accounting Clerk:  Wendel is seeking an entry-level accountant to support accounting operations in our Williamsville, NY office.  Job duties will include the preparation of client-specific project invoices and other general clerical and bookkeeping functions.  Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service, communication, collaboration and mathematical skills required.  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management/accounting software helpful.  Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience required.   • Marketing Group Manager:  Do you have what it takes to manage a marketing team within a fast-paced, innovative, forward-thinking firm? Wendel is a nationally recognized design firm providing services to clients across the country, including architecture, engineering, construction management, energy management, landscape architecture and survey. The marketing group manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the marketing group at meeting the company’s objectives, which include marketing work flow control, staff development, quality control, preparation of sales and marketing materials, writing, assisting with concepts and graphic design and preparing reports that include sales data, and public relations in our Williamsville, NY office. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, extremely organized, excellent communication skills, prioritization and time management.   • Civil Engineer:  If your passion is making a difference in the community, we need you!  Experience in site design/development, grading, drainage, stormwater hydraulics and stormwater treatment design, as well as being proficient with MS4, SPDES, and NYSDEC storm water regulations will add to our team’s strength.  Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and site design/development knowledge is required.  Experience with water and sanitary sewer utility layout and storm water modeling (SWMM, Hec-Ras) along with construction inspection is a plus.  Responsibilities also include assisting in the engineering and management of project assignments (technical lead) to meet the needs of Clients. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture is required and 5-10 years of experience.  A PE, EIT, or LA license is desired, but we will consider experience and background.   • Project Manager: Wendel is looking for a candidate with 5+ yrs. of accomplished project management experience; experience in direct construction activities related to energy efficiency projects preferred for our Long Island office. Candidate will be responsible for multiple projects and oversee multiple subcontractors, design consultants and equipment vendors in cooperation with a staff of engineers to implement energy efficiency projects from initial audit through construction. Multitask both administration and management functions including overseeing the development of ASHRAE Level II audits, oversee development of design documents, production of biddable documents, and oversee construction leads.  BS/BA preferred.  Apply here.
