Project Coordinator (Williamsville, NY): Wendel is seeking a highly motivated and well organized individual to join our project management team. This position will provide support to the Project Management Group and assist with the coordination, management and accurate completion of project management reports. The role will also provide assistance with real-time planning, management, control, follow-ups and resolution of internal discipline, sub-consultant, client/stakeholder and contractor assignments. The Project Coordinator will organize and prepare prime and sub-consultant contract scope, schedule, fee and deliverable changes and work with the project accountant on billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, project budget, and revenue. Construction Observers (Rochester, NY): These jobs entail supporting and implementing construction observation requirements for our transportation and civil infrastructure projects based out of our Rochester, NY office. We have two (2) positions open. One position requires a NICET Level 2 Certification in highway construction inspection and utility(waterline, sewerline, stormsewer, and bridge inspection) experience preferred along with knowledge and use of Microsoft Office. The second position requires the same as above but with a NICET Level 3 Certification. In this position you will be responsible for developing comprehensive energy audits, including data collection, utility bill disaggregation and benchmarking; field visits; energy calculations; cost estimates and contractor pricing, energy measure descriptions and detailed work scope packages; report writing; development of measurement and verification plans and contract documents. Field Survey/Instrument Person (Williamsville, NY): This job entails assisting team members with outside activities associated with various engineering and land surveying projects, support and implement the field requirements for project work as directed, data collection and management, and precision measuring using various equipment including robotic total station and GPS data collection to collect 3 dimensional data and attributes.
