Travel Coordinator (Amherst, NY): Wendel is seeking a highly-organized Travel Coordinator who can multi-task. Responsibilities include coordinating and reserving travel needs for all Wendel employees in all Wendel offices in NY and out of state. This person will also work directly with the accounting department to assure that all expense reports and credit cards related to travel are completed properly and timely. The ideal candidate will consistently look to reduce the cost of travel and will work within the guidelines of the Corporate Travel Policy. Other responsibilities may include supporting the marketing department and other teams with organizing tradeshows, conferences, and training workshops; provide backup or rotational support to reception; administrative duties, and document control.
