Project Objective

Wendel Duchscherer is the structural engineer, civil engineer and landscape architect on this approximately $180 million, phased project that is being led by JCJ Architecture and Pirini Construction.

Solution

The project includes:

- A one-story, 300,000 sq. ft. casino with 2,000
  gaming positions, a multi-purpose room,
  restaurants, back-of-house areas and
  administrative spaces.

- An 11-story, 220-room hotel including an enclosed,
  ground  level pool building.

- A one-story, 10,000 sq. ft. central plan facility

- At grade parking for 3,000 vehicles

- Roadway, intersection, storm water management
  and utility service improvements

- Landscaping and plantings
