Project Objective

Wendel Duchscherer was retained to provide structural engineering services for the renovation of the existing Remington Park Race Track Facility providing a new 55,000 sq. ft. Casino and Entertainment Complex.  

Solution

Wendel Duchscherer preformed structural design services including expanding the existing grandstand level, adding a new entrance porte cochere for the gaming area and analysis of existing super structure and foundations to support new development.  Work was performed in a collaborative fast-track and phased project delivery environment working closely with the owner, project architect

and construction manager.
