Structural Design & Project Management

As innovative structural engineers, we create building foundations and framework that answer the special challenges at each project site, for each structure, and for each client.

From large-scale grade changes across a site—to portions of a hotel and gaming space built into a hillside—to a pool suspended over a roadway below—to little-known products used to resolve a foundation challenge—to an abandoned canal system built 40-feet deep into bedrock running through the center of a high rise project site…unique conditions call for a unique and innovative engineering solutions.

As structural engineers, we’re first out of the gate setting the pace for the entire project. The faster a facility is completed, the sooner our clients begin to generate revenue. As experienced project managers, we are the catalyst for resource allocation, scheduling, cost and quality control, communications, and risk management. We are skilled at managing the challenges and budgets of diverse multi-disciplined projects under highly ambitious scheduling deadlines and keep the project moving on the critical path to project completion.

Environmental Review

Experienced and knowledgeable in the complexities of local, regional, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting for both private corporations and Indian gaming, we assist our clients in understanding and complying with state environmental review laws and the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). Coordinating these mandatory and preferred procedures quickly and efficiently, we work directly with gaming and tribal attorneys, government agencies, and specialized consultants to provide necessary and bulletproof assessments and technical documentation.
