Project Objective
The Seneca Nation of Indians intended to acquire titles to lands of the former Niagara Falls Convention and Civic Center and surrounding parcels owned
by several municipal and private entities. Their goal is to build a 82,000 sq. ft., world-class casino which would include 2,625 slot machines and 93 table games, and would be surrounded by hotels, parking garages, and other commercial establishments.

Solution
Wendel Duchscherer was asked to perform several ALTA/ACSM surveys. To date, 17 surveys have been completed, with approximately 12 more to follow.
In addition to the former Niagara Falls Convention and Civic Center, survey locations included a downtown block of 50 acres of residential, commercial,
and city and state owned properties.
