West Point Boundary Survey

Project Objective
The United States Military Academy at West Point intended to grant a lease of approximately 270 acres to the Village of Highland Falls. Wendel Duchscherer
was retained by EA Engineering, Science, and Technology Inc., who was under term contract to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, to complete a boundary survey and prepare a legal description of the lands to be subject to the proposed lease.

Solution
Wendel Duchscherer completed the boundary survey in a challenging environment of wildlife, mature woodlands, steep slopes, and rock out croppings.
