Project Scope of Service and Status The Village of Irvington entered into an agreement with Wendel to perform energy performance improvements and water meter system upgrades throughout the Village on an Energy Performance Contracting basis. The recommended Facility Improvement Measures at the Village Buildings include: - High Efficiency Lighting and Controls at the Recreation Center, Fire House and DPW Complex - Direct Digital Controls Systems at Village Hall, the Recreation Center, Fire House, Library and Senior Center - Overhead Door Replacement at the DPW Highway and Sanitation Garages - Infrared Heaters at the DPW Sanitation Garage - Boiler Replacement at Village Hall, the Recreation Center and Fire House - Window Replacement at Village Hall, the Recreation Center and Fire House - Roof Replacement at the Fire House - Outside Street Lighting throughout the Village - Building Envelope Improvements at Village Hall, the Recreation Center, Fire House, Library, Senior Center and DPW Complex The recommended Facility Improvement Measures at the Water District include: - High Efficiency Lighting and Controls at the Pump House - Building Envelope Improvements at the Pump House - Water Meter Replacement and Installation of an AMR System throughout the Village - Pump Station Upgrades at the Astor Street and Ardsley Pump Stations Energy Use and Costs Prior to Implementation Consumption: 1,617,548 kWh annually 5,238 mmBtu (fossil fuel) annually Cost: $341,000 annually Guaranteed Annual Energy and Cost Savings Consumption Savings: 394,800 kWh annually 1,833 mmBtu (fossil fuel) annually Cost Savings: $189,830 annually Project Status CEA has been completed; Project is currently in design.
