Project Scope of Service and Status Wendel Energy Services was retained to identify and evaluate opportunities to reduce energy consumption and operating costs and provide facility improvements at several City of Jamestown buildings. Consumption of all energy sources including district heating, district cooling, natural gas and electricity, as well as water and sewer were addressed. The recommended Energy and Water Conservation Measures for the buildings include: - Lighting Upgrades - Traffic & Pedestrian Signal Upgrades - Window Improvements - Energy Management System Upgrades - HVAC Improvements - VFD Installations - Building Envelope Improvements - Low-Flow Water Fixtures
