Project Scope of Service and Status
Wendel Energy Services was retained to identify and evaluate opportunities to reduce consumption and costs for heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, water heating and other energy uses in 5 buildings. Consumption of
all energy sources including natural gas and electricity were addressed.

The recommended Energy Conservation Measures for the 5 buildings include:
- Lighting & Ceiling Upgrades
- Occupancy Sensor Installations
- Energy Management System Upgrades
- HVAC Replacements
- Dishwasher Booster Heater Upgrades
- Building Envelope Improvements
- Boiler Upgrades
- Vending Machine Energy Conservation
- Computer Monitor Energy Conservation

The project is currently in construction and on schedule.
