Project Scope of Service and Status Wendel Energy Services was retained to identify and evaluate opportunities to increase water/sewer revenues and reduce energy and operational costs throughout the Town of Grand Island. The consumption of electricity and natural gas, and the accuracy of water meters were addressed.
