Project Scope of Service and Status
Wendel Energy Services was retained to identify and evaluate opportunities to increase water/sewer revenues and reduce energy and operational costs throughout the Town of Grand Island. The consumption of electricity and natural gas, and the accuracy of water meters were addressed.

Recommended measures include:
