Project Scope of Service and Status
The Town of Webster entered into an agreement with Wendel to perform energy performance improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Town Hall, Library and Highway Garage.

The scope of work for the energy performance contract includes the following:

Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Digester Methane Recovery System
- Effluent Pump Upgrades
- Dissolved Oxygen Controls Upgrade

Town Hall, Library and Highway Garage
- Lighting and Controls Upgrades

Energy Use and Costs Prior to Implementation
Electric: 3,040,000 kWh, $320,000 annually
Nat. Gas: 13,000 mmBtu, $182,000 annually

Guaranteed Annual Savings
376.8 kW annually
257,690 kWh annually
