Our “design charrette” approach is a key to our ability to move quickly to comprehensive solutions. The Charrette process produces superior design solutions utilizing input from all individuals involved in the project—including our clients. Our visioning session give owners the opportunity to express their ideas, from the overall concept to materials and amenities. This exchange of knowledge inspires innovation, improves decision-making and streamlines processes. 

Public outreach meetings and presentations are the forum for generating continued community, involved agency, and stakeholder support and enthusiasm.  Our approach is very collaborative in nature and relies heavily on graphics, physical models and written information as presentation aids.
