pre and post commissioning energy metering, and system operation validation. 

 

Wendel provides full array of data center commissioning services. Whether you require commissioning of your 400 square foot office level data center to a 20 MW, 200,000 square foot, Tier III, enterprise level facility, we have the experts to perform.

 

Wendel has been performing validation and start-up services for Public Transit and Maintenance facilities, throughout the United States, for more than 20 years. These facilities require the same level of attention to detail as any other complex industrial facility. The heating, air condition, plumbing and electrical systems involved are highly energy intense and require detailed commissioning to assure their proper operation.

 

In addition, Wendel commissions the vehicle system utilized in these facilities. Their proper operation is critical to the efficiency and safety of the technicians utilizing them. These systems include the vehicle lifts, compressed air systems, fuel and lubrication dispensing systems, vehicle exhaust, vehicle wash, and others.

 

Wendel has been performing commissioning services in the College and University arena for as long we have been providing commissioning services. The diversity of building and system types utilized in the College and University arena require that the commissioning provider have a broad background in systems commissioned. In addition, the College and Universities throughout the United States are moving toward systems and products that are more environmentally friendly than even those utilized just a few years ago. The commission provider must be familiar with the new systems and products in order to validate their proper operation and application. Wendel’s extensive energy services and sustainability initiatives keep us on the cutting edge of new technologies and how they are applied and operate.
