Wendel has assisted many communities with grants services. We maintain a flexible approach, tailored to the needs and capacities of each client. We can provide full grants services or help with targeted technical assistance for applications. We work closely with municipal officials to develop a funding strategy that works. Services include grants plans, assistance with developing fundable projects, preparation of applications or help with reporting for awarded grants. We know granting agencies’ priorities and we can help you strategically structure projects to maximize their potential for funding. We also provide technical assistance in support of grants, preparing defensible concept designs, cost estimates, schedules, mapping, graphics and other elements required as part of a grant application.
