Wendel has an extensive record of providing interesting and effective training and presentations in a variety of settings. These range from introductory sessions to presentations by technical specialists. The sessions provide required training credits for municipal boards and give them the tools to successfully complete their work. Town and Village Board Training (2009 – 2011)
Wendel provided training services to local planning boards and zoning boards based on their needs (new zoning codes, comprehensive planning, site plan / subdivision review processes and procedures, SEQR, ZBA procedures) to help them improve their skills and to gain NY State required training credits.
