Wendel has completed local and regional comprehensive land use plans for a large number of communities. We have a record of producing award-winning, implementable plans that are recognized as effective documents for our client communities. Regional Plans
The success of a Regional Plan lies in the ability to bring diverse groups together and facilitate solutions that can be supported by all parties involved. Wendel has successfully completed these plans, which were supported by the participating and affected agencies, communities and organizations.
